1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing through thedrivepair.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any portion of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the website immediately. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Evora LLC.

2. Product Description & Compatibility Disclaimer

DrivePair is an aftermarket electronic dongle designed to convert factory wired Apple CarPlay and wired Android Auto into a wireless connection.

Critical Compatibility Notice: DrivePair requires your vehicle's factory OEM infotainment system or compatible aftermarket head unit to have built-in wired Apple CarPlay or Android Auto enabled from the factory. DrivePair does NOT install CarPlay or Android Auto into vehicles lacking factory hardware support. Compatibility claims (600+ vehicle models) represent tested parameters; however, individual compatibility can vary based on regional automaker firmware updates and smartphone OS versions.

3. Pricing, Orders & Payment

All product prices are quoted in United States Dollars ($ USD) unless explicitly indicated otherwise. We reserve the right to revise pricing, promotional bundle discounts, and availability without prior notice. Placement of an order through our approved affiliate checkout represents an offer to purchase, subject to merchant acceptance and verification.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Tracking

Standard shipping and handling fees apply at final merchant checkout. Orders are processed at regional fulfillment centers and dispatched via tracked postal and commercial carriers across all 23 supported countries. While orders are fulfilled promptly, delivery timeframes cannot be guaranteed due to local postal sorting conditions, customs processing, and weather disruptions. Automated tracking information is provided by email upon parcel dispatch.

5. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee & Return Policy

All DrivePair units purchased through official merchant channels are protected by a 30-Day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee (less Shipping & Handling). If you are not satisfied with the product's performance or find it incompatible with your vehicle:

  • You must contact customer support at support@get-drivepair.com or call +1 (608) 557-8407 within thirty (30) calendar days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return warehouse instructions.
  • Returned merchandise must be in good physical condition, including the original DrivePair dongle, USB-C adapter, and retail packaging.
  • Return shipping postage is the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

DrivePair™ is a proprietary product line operated by Evora LLC. Apple, Apple CarPlay, iPhone, and Siri are registered trademarks of Apple Inc. Android, Android Auto, and Google Assistant are registered trademarks of Google LLC. All automotive brand trademarks mentioned (e.g., Ford, Chevrolet, Toyota, Honda) belong to their respective trademark holders and are utilized solely for factual descriptive compatibility reference.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Evora LLC, its directors, employees, or affiliate promotional partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, including but not limited to distracted driving, vehicle electrical modifications, or smartphone software conflicts. Always operate vehicles responsibly and adhere to local road safety regulations.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
